We are excited to invite you to participate in IASSACON2024, a premier platform for showcasing the latest scientific advancements in the field of Sleep Related Breathing Disorder.

For the first time, we are introducing Award Sessions in the name of Dr. R. Vidyasagar Consultant Award Paper and Dr. Vijaya Krishnan PG Award Paper, offering a prestigious opportunity to both consultants and postgraduates to present their research and compete for awards.

We also invite presentations for E-Posters and Free Paper presentations.

This is your chance to gain recognition for your work, share valuable insights, and contribute to the scientific dialogue. We encourage you to submit your papers for this exciting new session and be part of this enriching experience at IASSACON 2024.

General Presentation Guidelines:

The presenter can submit only one abstract under one category.
The presenter can submit for Free paper and E-Poster Sessions.
Only qualified abstracts will be accepted for presentation.
All accepted abstract presenters (presenting author) must be registered for the Conference before 30th Nov 2024.
Only ENT Surgeons are eligible to compete for the Award papers (Consultant & PG Award papers), Other specialty delegates can submit in Free paper and E-Poster Sessions.
The scientific committee and the Judges for each award session decision are final.

Criteria for Selection:

Originality: The work should present novel ideas, research, or findings that contribute to the advancement of the field.
Scientific Rigor: Studies must be methodologically sound, with clearly defined objectives, methods, and results.
Relevance: The research should address pertinent issues or challenges in the field and offer valuable insights.
Clarity and Presentation: The content should be well-organized and clearly presented, with effective use of visuals.
Impact: The potential of the research to impact clinical practice, policy, or further studies will be a key consideration.

Instructions for Preparing the Structured Abstract:

As part of your submission for the Award Session at IASSACON 2024, we request that you prepare a structured abstract, limited to 300 words, in MS Office Word format. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure consistency and clarity in all submissions:

Title: The title of your study should be concise and informative.
Authors: Only the presenting author name. (affiliation / Institution name / Co author name must be avoided. If mentioned may lead to rejection of the paper)
Introduction/Background: Briefly state the rationale, background, and purpose of your study.
Objectives: Clearly state the primary objectives or hypotheses of your research.
Methods: Outline the study design, participants, interventions (if any), and the methods used to gather and analyze data.
Results: Summarize the key findings, including statistical significance and data points where applicable.
Conclusion: Present the implications of your findings and any recommendations or potential applications of the research.
Keywords: Include 3-5 relevant keywords.

Formatting:

Font: Times New Roman, 12-point, single-spaced.
Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
The total word count should not exceed 300 words, excluding the title, author names, and keywords.
Name the word document file as – Award paper name followed by First Author name (eg. Cons Award Vijaya Krishnan or PG Award Vijaya Krishnan or Free paper Vijaya Krishnan or E-poster Vijaya Krishnan)
Please submit your abstract in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format as an attachment before the designated deadline.
